Evening Outreach Session
Prior and during our Dinner Celebration there is the opportunity for organizations to showcase their efforts. Please see the instructions below to ensure you have a spot!
The evening of August 13th will include an area within the Dining Hall to display outreach materials from your organization. This will not be a traditional poster/booth session. It will simply be a space to showcase your materials without having to be present with them. You may bring posters, easels, bi-folds, annual reports etc. It is a great way to Network and provide people the opportunity to be aware of all our great efforts within the TRB!
If you are interested in reserving a spot please email Jana Archer (jearcher@tva.gov) with the following information:
Name of organization:
Type of display: poster, space for an easel, table display
Amount of space desired (tables are 8' in length): 1/4 table, 1/2 table, how many easels you may have, how much wall space needed for a poster, etc.
Electricity needed: Y or N
