Instructor:

Trevor Wiens, MSc., owns and operates a small software company which provides tools to collect, manage and use unstructured spatially referenced data from interviews with indigenous land users. Trevor is a GIS instructor with University of Calgary Continuing Education and has conducted Marxan analysis projects in terrestrial, freshwater, marine and mixed environments. Trevor has led Marxan trainings with PacMARA since 2012 and is the developer of QMarxan, which facilitates Marxan use with Quantum GIS software.
