Assistant Scientist, Forest and Wildlife Ecology, University of Wisconsin, Madison. M.S. and Ph.D. in Conservation Biology (University of Minnesota-Twin Cities). Lead investigator on numerous published research projects in ecological modeling, population ecology, spatial analysis, and decision-making in natural resource management. She has worked on climate impact assessment with state agencies (Massachusetts, Wisconsin) and multi-agency collaborations (Upper Midwest and Great Lakes Landscape Conservation Cooperative). She is a contributing author to "Wisconsin's Changing Climate: Impacts and Adaptation" and lead author of the Wildlife Working Group report. She is co-chair of The Wildlife Society's Climate Change and Wildlife working group.
