STEP employee who is currently a PhD student in wildlife and fisheries biology at Clemson University. During his M.S. degree, Paul developed methods to detect small, isolated wetlands using high-resolution LiDAR data in managed forests. His current research interests include habitat connectivity, mapping gene flow, and using supercomputing to speedup conservation planning.
