This presentation explores ways to integrate social sciences, finance and economics into our approach for conservation by leveraging the unique value of the Fish and Wildlife Service, convening a multi-sectoral and multi-disciplinary group and strategically using our national resource-focused platforms (LCCs, NFHP and Migratory Bird Joint Ventures) to connect the environment to the economy at a landscape scale.
